What is the appropriate age for children to play at Giggles & Fun?
We cater to children 8 years of age and under to ensure their safety.
How do I schedule a party?
Mini Party require a $50 non-refundable deposit,
Basic require a $100 non-refundable deposit,
Private Parties require a $200 non-refundable deposit and
Exclusive Parties require a $300 non-refundable deposit.
Deposits are due at the time of reservation. Credit card or a cash deposit is accepted, no checks. The remaining balance is due the day of your party.
How many guests can I invite to my party?
Our Mini Parties are up to 8 guests ONLY. Tuesday through Friday (10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.).
Basic Parties includes 12 guests and Private/ Exclusive Parties includes 25 guest (not including Birthday child). If you have more than 12 guests for your basic party, it’s no problem you can have up to 20 guest! Each additional guest is welcome for just $10 per child.
Do adults count towards my guest total?
No, only the children attending the birthday party is counted towards your total. For capacity we allow 2 adults per child.
What if I don’t know how many guests I will have?
No problem! We offer the flexibility to change the headcount 1 day before your party.
Can I bring my own food to my scheduled party?
Yes, you may bring your own food. Note outside food fee is $20. No alcohol allowed or glass. No heating, cooling or other plug-in equipment is permitted.
When should I order food for our party and give the final headcount for kids and adults?
We’ll call you 1-2 days prior to your party to confirm your head count. At that time, you’ll have an opportunity to order pizza, beverages, add additional kids, and / or other party options if you haven’t already.
Can you bring party supplies and/or decorations?
Yes, but please, no silly string, confetti, glitter or piñatas. To hang decorations on our walls in the party room, please use sticky tack or painters tape.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel a party due to inclement weather or illness, we will reschedule for the next available date. Deposits are non-refundable.
Do parents need to stay while their child(ren) plays during open play?
YES! Open Play is parent-supervised, so parents or legal guardians are required to stay. Absolutely no drop-offs are allowed during Open Play. Also, parents or legal guardians assume full responsibility and liability for children while on the premises. Do not leave your child unattended.
When should I arrive at my party?
We recommend that the birthday child arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled party time. We also recommend that you put the start of the party time on the invitation for 5-10 minutes prior to the actual start time of the party. We find that works best for getting the waiver collected, going over the safety rules, ensuring everyone has socks, and getting the maximum play time in the facility!
Can my child play in the facility after the scheduled party time is over?
Unfortunately, due to other scheduled private parties, children are not allowed to re-enter the facility after their scheduled party due to other scheduled private parties.
Why does everybody entering the play destination have to remove their shoes and wear socks?
The primary reason is for sanitary and health reasons. Shoes can bring in dirt and bacteria. Socks are required to prevent spreading germs. We strive to provide a clean and healthy place for your child to play.
What if I am late for my scheduled party time or my guests are late?
We understand that circumstances happen; however, our parties start promptly at the scheduled time. Since there may be other parties scheduled after your party time, we may be unable to extend your party time. If your party begins after your scheduled time due to waiting for late guests, you will have less time in the play space and, possibly, the party room.
